Comfortable chair with a luxurious appearance due to the sleek, elegant design. Nina's backrest is made in a C-shape. As a result, both an active and relaxed sitting position can be adopted. The shape also supports the elbows, which optimizes seating comfort.

Nina chair collection
The Nina programme consits of a chair and three bar stools with a fixed seat height (60, 70 or 80 cm).

Nina personalization options
Choose from four different bases: steel 4-legged base, cross base (swiveling or non-swiveling) or a height adjustable five-legged base on castors.

Seat height
Standard 46 cm. Seat height 47.5 cm as an option (only available for Nina with a steel 4-legged base).

Upholstery
Extensive programme of colours and fabrics, both in high-quality fabrics and leather.

Finishes frame and base
The steel base is finished in powdercoat as standard. Chrome or polished aluminium as an option.

Designed by René Holten

Holten (born in 1961) is a graduate of institutions including the Maastricht Academy of Fine Arts and Design and the Design Academy Eindhoven. He has worked for the Dutch architect Wiel Arets as an architectural designer, and for Artifort as the head of product development (1993-1998). He designed the DoDo in 1997, his first design for Artifort, which immediately won the prize for best Dutch Furniture Design 1998. Some of his other designs, such as Libel (2002) and Lotus & Low Lotus (2008) have also won prizes, receiving the award for Good Industrial Design. With his design studio named after himself, René Holten focuses on the furniture and bathroom fittings industries. Besides Artifort, his clients include Pullman (beds), Mosa (tiles), and Clou (bathroom fittings).
