Discover the Artifort 2025 collection and Highlights of Milan Design Week 2025


During this year’s Milan Design Week, Artifort proudly unveiled two remarkable designs at Salone del Mobile: the refined and thoughtful Vega Collection by Jasper Morrison and the reintroduction of Pierre Paulin’s iconic Tulip F550. Alongside Salone del Mobile, Artifort made a bold statement in central Milan with the installation "Keep the Original Original", highlighting the value of staying true to authentic and enduring design.


2025 marks a special anniversary year: 65 years of a fruitful collaboration between Pierre Paulin and Artifort. Over the decades, this partnership has given rise to a remarkable collection of timeless masterpieces, many of which remain part of Artifort's permanent collection today - reinforcing the idea that true icons never fade. With a limited-edition anniversary upholstery, available exclusively for all Paulin armchairs in the permanent collection, a new, inspiring archival design book “Pierre Paulin and Artifort: 65 Years of Icons”, an artistic film homage celebrating Paulin’s legacy, and the reintroduction of the traditional upholstery technique for the iconic Ribbon® chair, Artifort reflected on — and looked ahead to — a rich design heritage.

The Tulip F550 is a true mid-century modern classic. The perfect fusion of elegance, lounge comfort and innovation, this visually striking lounge chair is highly versatile and ergonomic. Inspired by the petals of a tulip, the chair’s sculptural form gently embrace the sitter, providing exceptional comfort. Generous layers of foam provide a natural feeling of relaxation.

In honour of the 65th anniversary of the collaboration between Pierre Paulin and Artifort, Artifort is presenting a special anniversary upholstery option, available exclusively for all Paulin models in the permanent collection. Artifort and long-term partner Kvadrat-Febrik developed this high-quality fabric with its sophisticated weave and flowing texture as a tribute to the iconic designs of the 1960s and 1970s. The vibrant coral red hue gives the upholstery a modern and sophisticated look.

Limited to only 65 models, to celebrate the 65-year collaboration. The anniversary edition is available exclusively through Artifort.

Crafted with a detail-minded approach, this structurally perfect product doubles as an objet d’art exuding the artistry and sophistication that characterised the original design. The return of the original Ribbon® brings Pierre Paulin’s vision to life, exactly as he envisioned it.

During Milan Design Week 2025, Artifort presented Keep the Original Original - a striking installation in the heart of Milan, embodying our vision of championing restoration over replacement.


This exhibition presented a bold response: sustainability through preservation. Instead of discarding the past in pursuit of the new, Artifort embraces a future where pieces are revitalized and restored to their original brilliance. Through a live demonstration, visitors could witness the meticulous restoration of the legendary Ribbon Chair by Pierre Paulin, reupholstered entirely by hand using the traditional stitching techniques.


By championing restoration over replacement, Artifort challenges the throwaway culture and proves that great design doesn’t just endure—it evolves.
